Youth Strength & Conditioning
As a Youth Strength & Conditioning Coach, Erica specializes in performance and injury prevention for young female athletes for the last decade. As an international coach with a worldwide clientele, nothing makes her prouder than her students. Many of the female athletes with whom she have worked with since middle school have grown into thriving collegiate athletes at top universities like UNC, MIT, Harvard, Columbia and she couldn’t be more proud of their hard-earned success. Erica's superstar students have channeled their extraordinary focus, commitment, and talent into accolades such as high school state championships, player of the year titles, spots in the US national pool, and straight A’s with honors.

Emily Perrin
Former DI athlete, DI coach and youth soccer coach
Emily Perrin, LMSW is a Mental Health Therapist with a Masters in Clinical Social Work. As a former DI soccer player (UVA) and DI soccer coach (UPenn), Emily knows firsthand both the physical and mental demands of the elite athlete. Emily’s unique approach to working with athletes through mindfulness, meditation, breath work and yoga helps athletes holistically address their mental health, performance and overall well being. Emily’s current and former clients include athletes and teams at schools like Duke, UVA, Stanford, Michigan, Penn and Villanova. Emily serves as the Director of the Medical Advisory Council for Morgan’s Message, a non profit dedicated to breaking the mental health stigma and educating athletes on mental health.

Leslie Bonci
Sports Nutrition Consultant
Leslie Bonci is a registered dietitian; a board-certified specialist in sports dietetics; the owner of Active Eating Advice (Be fit, fed and fearless!), a nutrition consulting company; and a cofounder of Performance 365, a sports nutrition consulting company. She is currently the sports nutrition consultant for the Kansas City Chiefs (the 2020, 2023, and 2024 Super Bowl champions) and the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre. Performance 365 also provided the sports nutrition services for the inaugural season of the XFL. In her private practice, she counsels professional, collegiate, and Olympic athletes; performance artists; and active individuals and works closely with patients working with physical therapists. Leslie is the author of Sport Nutrition for Coaches and the American Dietetic Association Guide to Better Digestion and coauthor of the books Run Your Butt Off!, Walk Your Butt Off!, Bike Your Butt Off!, and The Active Calorie Diet. She has authored numerous chapters for sports medicine and sports nutrition manuals and, most recently, a nutrition monograph for the Academy of Orthopaedic Physical Therapy (AOPT). Leslie is an adjunct instructor in the School of Dental Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh and teaches in the DPT program at the University of Pittsburgh and the Athletic Training Program at Duquesne University. Leslie received her undergraduate degree in biopsychology from Vassar College and her master’s degree in public health from the University of Pittsburgh.

Tracy Joyner
University of Oregon
Tracy Joyner is the head women’s soccer coach at the University of Oregon, competing in the Big Ten Conference. From 2019–2024, she led the program at UC Davis. A Bay Area native and UC Berkeley alum, she played professionally in the WPS from 2008–2010 before earning advanced degrees in Sport Psychology (Boston University) and Coaching & Athletic Administration (Concordia–Irvine). One of the few American women with a UEFA 'A' license, Tracy is a global advocate for women in coaching. She has served on the Women in Soccer (WIS) Advisory Board, spoken at the WPSL Convention, and was featured in the short documentary 'Coach.' Off the pitch, she and her husband stay busy raising—and empowering—their spirited two-year-old daughter.

Asia Mape is a 4-time Emmy Award–winning journalist and sports television producer who has worked with ESPN, Fox Sports, NBC Sports, NFL Network, and TNT. She has covered some of the world’s biggest sporting events, including five Olympics, multiple NBA Playoffs, and two Super Bowls, interviewing hundreds of elite athletes and sharing their stories of talent, resilience, and dedication. Growing up in Detroit, Asia played every sport she could alongside her two older brothers. After moving to the suburbs of Washington, D.C., she focused on basketball, eventually winning a Virginia High School State Championship. She went on to play at Coastal Carolina before transferring to the University of Michigan, where she earned a degree in Communications and began her career in sports media. As a mother of three daughters who all play sports, Asia has spent the last two decades immersed in youth athletics—balancing practices, games, and tournaments across multiple sports. Her firsthand experience inspired her to create I Love To Watch You Play, a platform dedicated to helping parents navigate youth sports with humor, compassion, and perspective while raising confident, well-rounded athletes.
