Former professional soccer player and NCAA Division I athlete with over a decade of coaching and player development experience. Passionate about helping athletes reach their potential both on and off the field.

My philosophy in soccer is to develop the whole human being, not just the athlete. The game is more than technical ability and physical performance — it’s about character, confidence, discipline, and mindset. I believe that when you invest in the person first, the player naturally thrives. Having played at a high level myself, I understand the demands, pressure, and commitment it takes to compete and grow in this sport. My experience on the field gives me firsthand insight into what players need technically, mentally, and emotionally to reach the next level. My goal is to help athletes develop into complete competitors — strong in their fundamentals, resilient in adversity, and grounded in who they are beyond the game. Soccer is the vehicle, but personal growth is the mission.

My goal is create an environment where athletes develop their skills and build confidence through competing at a high level. Having competed at every level myself, I’m dedicated to helping players reach their full potential both on and off the field.

Hi my name is Keely! I am a Bay Area native who played college soccer at Cal Berkeley and then took my 5th year to play at USC and get my Masters. My final season at Cal I scored 11 goals as a midfielder and was named to the All Pac12 and All Region teams. After college I went and played professionally in Europe and then briefly with Angel City FC and Oakland Soul. Now I work as a coach and a sports broadcaster - if you watch any bay area college soccer you might recognize my voice! I have a huge passion for individual training as my private trainers were some of the most influential people in my life and the lessons they taught me on and especially off the field still guide me to this day! I was never one of the biggest or strongest player so being as skilled as possible and reading the game to my highest ability were always top priorities so I love being able to share my insights with the next generation of players. I also picked up a new hobby this year - beach soccer! I recently joined a professional beach soccer team who I've been traveling the country with competing so I'm looking forward to continuing to be a part of the beautiful game in new ways!!
